The company seeks a mission-driven Data Engineer to design, build, and scale a powerful data platform that provides insights for internal teams and external stakeholders.
The role involves building and maintaining robust data pipelines that support complex analytics and enable data-driven decisions.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or relevant role.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with SQL and other programming languages such as Python is required.
Proficiency with relational databases like Postgres, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL is essential.
Excellent skills in data manipulation, reverse engineering, and solving complex data challenges are necessary.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau, or Power BI is required.
A proven background in designing and managing data lakes, data warehouses, and modern scalable data technologies is needed.
Candidates should have skills in leveraging technologies like Apache Iceberg, Apache Parquet, Apache Arrow, BigQuery, and Amazon S3.
A highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring data quality and integrity.
The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is required.
