Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer or relevant role.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with SQL and other programming languages such as Python is required.
  • Proficiency with relational databases like Postgres, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL is essential.
  • Excellent skills in data manipulation, reverse engineering, and solving complex data challenges are necessary.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Kibana, Tableau, or Power BI is required.
  • A proven background in designing and managing data lakes, data warehouses, and modern scalable data technologies is needed.
  • Candidates should have skills in leveraging technologies like Apache Iceberg, Apache Parquet, Apache Arrow, BigQuery, and Amazon S3.
  • A highly analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring data quality and integrity.
  • The ability to work autonomously, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment is required.
