As a Data Engineer, you will design, implement, and manage scalable data pipelines using tools like Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and Fivetran.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Your responsibilities include implementing data governance policies, developing ELT processes, optimizing SQL queries, and diagnosing data-related issues.
You will build a development environment and CI/CD system to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies is essential for continuous improvement in data engineering practices.

Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in a similar role is required.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL is necessary; experience with Golang or JVM-based languages is a plus.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data warehouses is essential.
Proficiency in designing efficient database schemas is required.
Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools like Apache Airflow is needed.
Experience with data streaming and Change Data Capture (CDC) is important.
Proficiency in Terraform and GitHub Actions is required.
Experience in setting up PII anonymization and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) is necessary.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail are required.
