Description:
- The Data Engineer / Analyst position is 100% remote and operates on East Coast hours.
- HappyFunCorp is seeking a technologist with expertise in Data Engineering and Data Analysis for a large cloud-based data environment.
- Responsibilities include extracting data from a data lake to inform software product features, synthesizing data from platforms like Salesforce Health Cloud and EHR / EMR systems, and collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Prior experience in a startup environment or software agency is preferred.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of technologies like Snowflake, Mulesoft, Salesforce Health Cloud, and a modern BI tool (preferably Tableau).
- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is desirable.
- Experience with EHR / EMR systems and understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and healthcare regulations.
- Proficiency in cloud environments, data-access SQL, API integration and development, and a modern programming language (Java or Python).
