Responsibilities include developing and optimizing DBT models for data transformations, managing and optimizing cloud-based data storage with Snowflake, and implementing robust data modeling practices to ensure data integrity and performance.
The Data Engineer will also write and optimize SQL queries for large-scale data transformations, automate data workflows and integrations, and collaborate with data analysts and business users to understand transformation needs.

Requirements:

Strong experience in developing and maintaining DBT models is required.
Advanced SQL proficiency for data transformations is necessary.
Experience in managing and optimizing data storage in Snowflake is essential.
Familiarity with Git for managing DBT model versioning is required.
Proficiency with AI productivity enablement tools, such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT, is necessary.
