Claritas Rx, a digital health startup, is looking for a Data Engineer to work on data engineering initiatives for their Data Aggregation product roadmap.
The role involves designing and building technology architecture to capture, manage, and utilize structured and unstructured data from various sources.
Responsibilities include developing tools to cleanse, organize, and transform data, ensuring data integrity, and participating in technical requirements gathering.
The Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee live operations, develop features, and stay updated on industry trends.

Expertise in data architecture, ELT development, data modeling, and report design.
7+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python programming skills.
Proficiency in relational databases, SQL querying, ETL processes, and data concepts.
Ability to solve complex data and technology problems, excellent communication skills, and a degree in computer science or related field.
Experience with Agile software development, enterprise-class software releases, and SaaS-based product life cycles.
Analytical mindset, experience with Bug Tracking tools like JIRA, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience with AWS, Agile Methodology, healthcare industry knowledge, and familiarity with HIPAA/SOC/HITRUST requirements.
