Description:

  • As a Data Engineer, the primary goal is to provide non-standard solutions and unlock client potential through expert-level data management and analysis.
  • Responsibilities include developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines for multiple analytics functions, aligning architecture with business requirements, analyzing and re-architecting data warehouses, and preparing data for predictive modeling and classic BI analytics.
  • The Data Center of Excellence (DCoE) team works on enterprise-scale projects, including AI and ML solutions, and applies expert skills in data architecture, big data management, and database optimization.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related roles.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience with ETL, data modeling, and data architecture is required.
  • Strong experience in generating data pipelines from multiple data sources in collaboration with diverse team members is essential.
  • Experience in operating very large data warehouses or data lakes is necessary.
  • Candidates should understand software development best practices, including query optimization, version control, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Experience with building data pipelines and applications to stream and process large datasets at low latencies is required.
  • A desire to learn new languages and technologies, along with attention to detail and strong documentation skills, is important.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
