As a Data Engineer, the primary goal is to provide non-standard solutions and unlock client potential through expert-level data management and analysis.
Responsibilities include developing, constructing, testing, and maintaining data pipelines for multiple analytics functions, aligning architecture with business requirements, analyzing and re-architecting data warehouses, and preparing data for predictive modeling and classic BI analytics.
The Data Center of Excellence (DCoE) team works on enterprise-scale projects, including AI and ML solutions, and applies expert skills in data architecture, big data management, and database optimization.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related roles.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience with ETL, data modeling, and data architecture is required.
Strong experience in generating data pipelines from multiple data sources in collaboration with diverse team members is essential.
Experience in operating very large data warehouses or data lakes is necessary.
Candidates should understand software development best practices, including query optimization, version control, code reviews, and documentation.
Experience with building data pipelines and applications to stream and process large datasets at low latencies is required.
A desire to learn new languages and technologies, along with attention to detail and strong documentation skills, is important.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory.
