  • The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines for processing and analyzing large volumes of data.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating with developers and analysts to understand data requirements, ensuring data integrity and quality.
  • The Data Engineer will utilize Python for scripting and coding tasks related to data processing and analysis.
  • The position requires implementing ETL processes to integrate data from various sources into data warehouse or data lake solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues to ensure the reliability and performance of data infrastructure is essential.
  • The role also involves optimizing data workflows for maximum efficiency and scalability.
  • Experience with graph databases and deploying data solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is required.
  • The Data Engineer will create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar tools.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in data engineering is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and data processing is essential.
  • Experience with graph databases for modeling and querying complex data relationships is required.
  • A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including data services like Azure Data Factory or AWS Glue, is required.
  • Proficiency in using Power BI or similar tools to develop data visualizations and reports is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are necessary.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is required.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential.
  • A demonstrated ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly is necessary.
  • Nice to have: Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop, familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git, and experience in data engineering for ML solutions and MLOps.
