The position is for a Junior Data Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on Python programming and real-time data processing.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining data pipelines, writing efficient Python code, collaborating with data scientists, managing data ingestion processes using Kafka, utilizing Apache Flink or Apache Spark, monitoring data pipeline performance, and ensuring data quality.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in the IT industry, specifically in data engineering.
Proficiency in Python programming is required, with experience in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Hands-on experience with Kafka for handling real-time data streams is essential.
Familiarity with Apache Flink or Apache Spark is necessary, and knowledge of Flink CDC is a plus.
Exposure to AWS services, particularly S3 for data storage, is required.
Experience with BigQuery is advantageous.
