Description:

  • Responsibilities include writing and optimizing SQL queries, implementing data workflows using Airflow, and building data models and warehouses using Snowflake or similar technologies.
  • The Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have experience in data engineering and be comfortable writing intermediate Python and SQL.
  • Experience in building ETL/ELT data pipelines is required.
  • Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt and managing script dependencies with Airflow is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience with data warehouses, preferably using Snowflake or similar technologies.
  • Additional experience with Terraform, Ruby, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Amplitude, DevOps, Heroku, Kafka, AWS/GCP is a plus.
