The Carwow Group is seeking a Data Engineer II to join their team in England.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining ETL/ELT data pipelines.
Responsibilities include writing and optimizing SQL queries, implementing data workflows using Airflow, and building data models and warehouses using Snowflake or similar technologies.
The Data Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure data quality, integrity, and security.

Requirements:
Candidates should have experience in data engineering and be comfortable writing intermediate Python and SQL.
Experience in building ETL/ELT data pipelines is required.
Familiarity with data transformation tools like dbt and managing script dependencies with Airflow is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with data warehouses, preferably using Snowflake or similar technologies.
Additional experience with Terraform, Ruby, data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI), Amplitude, DevOps, Heroku, Kafka, AWS/GCP is a plus.
