The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a robust and scalable data infrastructure.
This role is critical for ensuring the integrity, availability, and efficiency of data systems to support informed, data-driven decisions.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining efficient data pipelines, ensuring data quality and availability, collaborating with stakeholders, managing workflow orchestration tools and databases, participating in data architecture definition, and troubleshooting existing data pipelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or in similar roles.
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required.
Experience with ETL/ELT tools, workflow orchestrators (e.g., Airflow, Prefect), and data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) is necessary.
A solid understanding of data architecture, modeling, and best practices in data engineering is essential.
The ability to prioritize tasks with a focus on impact, scalability, and simplicity is important.
A pragmatic mindset valuing an 80/20 approach over academic perfection is preferred.
Candidates should have a passion for solving complex problems and building simple, effective solutions.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, along with an eagerness to learn, are required.
