Description:
Qventus is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Data Engineer to enhance their data processing and analytics capabilities with a focus on healthcare operational efficiency.
The role involves implementing product and analytical vision through highly functional data pipelines that support high-quality and trusted data products.
Responsibilities include designing data structures, building and scheduling data transformation pipelines, and improving transparency.
The Data Engineer will contribute to critical improvements to the solution platform to maintain system health and enhance data observability.
The position requires collaboration on key client implementations and team deliverables.
Requirements:
Candidates must have practiced cross-functional communication skills to break down complex technical components for both technical and non-technical partners.
An aptitude for interpreting complex datasets is essential, including the ability to discern patterns, identify anomalies, and extract meaningful insights.
Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing quality data pipelines is required to create reliable and secure data foundations.
Proficiency in building, designing, and/or developing with DBT is necessary.
Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics technologies such as Sigma and Tableau is expected.
An interest in mentoring and supporting new developers is preferred.
