As a Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in large projects, utilizing your data architecture and engineering expertise to meet high delivery standards.
You will build and maintain the data analytics platform, ensuring data ingestion, validation, and accessibility for all employees.
Collaboration with other data engineering teams and software engineers is essential to ensure data quality and integrity.
You will design and implement data solutions, including ETL pipelines, batch processing systems, and data warehousing.

The onboarding process includes learning about the company, familiarizing with the technical stack, and engaging with stakeholders.
Within three months, you will manage your tasks autonomously and contribute to larger cross-team projects.
After six months, you will proactively contribute to the team’s roadmap and improve data practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience in data engineering and a strong understanding of data architecture.
Proficiency in AWS services, infrastructure as code, batch processing, and data warehousing is required.
Experience in designing and implementing ETL pipelines and data solutions is essential.
Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work with data analysts and software engineers.
A commitment to maintaining data quality and compliance is crucial.
Candidates should be proactive, able to prioritize tasks autonomously, and contribute to team projects.
Familiarity with data governance and best practices in data management is preferred.
