Remote Data Engineer (Research AI/ML)

Description:

• The Research AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing LLM-based solutions for the Generative AI and Large Language Model R&D team.
• Collaborate with the innovations team to utilize company data for business solutions.
• Analyze large volumes of linguistic data from company databases to optimize product development and business strategies.
• Implement techniques to enhance the accuracy and performance of existing products.
• Create custom data models, fine-tune baseline models, and develop prompts and scripts.
• Work with functional teams to deploy models and monitor outcomes.
• Establish processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.

Requirements:

• Must have knowledge of Generative AI/LLMs, including commercial and open-source models.
• Familiarity with tools, orchestrators, processes, and methodologies related to LLMs like LangChain.
• Proficiency in Azure, AWS, and general cloud computing.
• Strong Python coding skills; familiarity with C# and SQL is advantageous.
• Experience with RAG, fine-tuning models, and prompting.
• Proficient in computational notebooks such as Jupyter.
• Previous experience as an NLP/ML Engineer or in a similar role.
