Requirements:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Biomedical Informatics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering, preferably in healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences is necessary.
Candidates must have experience building data pipelines for heterogeneous data ingestion and managing health/clinical datasets.
Proficiency in creating ELT and ETL processes for data warehouses and data lakes is essential.
Experience with data visualization tools and handling genomic, imaging, and wearable device data is required.
Knowledge of data modeling, database design, and data governance is necessary.
Candidates must have experience deploying data pipelines in the cloud and processing unstructured data.
Strong understanding of research processes in biological or medical fields is required.
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and database design skills is essential.
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and compliance frameworks is necessary.
