Remote Data Engineer (with IICS and Python ML Experience)

Description:

• The Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and managing data infrastructure and pipelines, utilizing Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Python for machine learning model development.
• Develop and maintain highly scalable data management systems, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation across various platforms.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications for model development.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of effective data architecture to support organizational goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends in data engineering and machine learning technologies to enhance capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Python for machine learning.
• Strong SQL skills, experience with relational databases, and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
