ImagineX is seeking a visionary Data Engineering & AI/ML Practice Lead to drive strategic and technical excellence.
The role blends leadership with hands-on involvement, allowing contributions to client success while fostering a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities include delivering top-tier solutions to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to a culture of open communication and creative problem-solving.
The lead will support sales efforts, shape new project opportunities, and mentor team members for growth.
Occasionally, the lead will step in as Lead Engineer or Architect to ensure client satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service.
The position is a full-time, 100% remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Atlanta for in-person collaboration when needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in software development, particularly in consulting or professional services.
A cultural alignment with the company's values is essential, thriving in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Expertise in Data AI and Technology Solutions is required, with a demonstrated ability to lead analysis, architecture, design, and development of cloud Data and AI solutions.
Candidates should possess depth in Data and AI domains, including expertise in Data and AI/ML engineering, data science, and analytics consulting.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills are necessary for team development and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture.
Proven strategic insight is required to align technical solutions with business objectives while driving process innovation and change management.
