ImagineX is seeking a visionary Data Engineering & AI/ML Practice Lead to drive strategic and technical excellence.
This role combines leadership with hands-on involvement, contributing to client success while fostering a supportive team environment.
The position involves delivering top-tier solutions to clients, embodying a commitment to excellence and innovation.
The lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, promoting open communication, teamwork, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities include supporting sales efforts, shaping new project opportunities, and mentoring team members for growth.
The lead may occasionally serve as Lead Engineer or Architect to ensure client satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for exceptional service.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position, although candidates based in Atlanta are preferred for in-person collaboration when necessary.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in software development, particularly in consulting or professional services.
A cultural alignment with a collaborative and innovative environment is essential, along with the ability to champion company values.
Expertise in Data AI and Technology Solutions is required, including leading analysis, architecture, design, and development of cloud Data and AI solutions.
Candidates should possess depth in Data and AI domains, with expertise in Data and AI/ML engineering, data science, and analytics consulting.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills are necessary for team development, performance management, and fostering a high-performing culture.
Proven strategic insight is required to align technical solutions with business objectives and drive process innovation and change management.
