This is a full-time, 100% remote position, although candidates based in Atlanta are preferred for in-person collaboration when needed.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 15+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in consulting or professional services.
A cultural alignment with a collaborative and innovative environment is essential, along with the ability to champion company values.
Expertise in Data AI and Technology Solutions is required, including leading analysis, architecture, design, and development of cloud Data and AI solutions.
Candidates should possess depth in Data and AI domains, with expertise in Data and AI/ML engineering, data science, and analytics consulting.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills are necessary for team development, performance management, and fostering an inclusive culture.
Proven strategic insight is required to align technical solutions with business objectives while driving process innovation and change management.
