Navajo Prep is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk/Data Entry Operator/Admin Assistant to join their dedicated team.
The role involves accurately entering, updating, and maintaining student and administrative records within database systems.

Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is a big plus.
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles is necessary.
Proficiency in using database software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), and other relevant tools is required.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple tasks.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are needed to collaborate with colleagues.
