Description:
Didask is a SaaS eLearning platform that combines cognitive science research with advanced AI to create effective training programs.
The Data Team builds analytics infrastructure that supports company-wide decision-making and collaborates with Engineering to develop AI-powered educational tools.
The position is for a Data Full Stack (Senior/Staff) role with a salary range of 65k to 110k €.
The job is fully remote, with the main office located in Paris.
The role involves delivering value to internal stakeholders by owning solutions across the entire data chain, from ingestion and data modeling to dashboards and data products.
Responsibilities include owning critical parts of data infrastructure, designing and building product analytics pipelines, making AI-powered products more robust, and contributing to team growth.
The current tech stack includes Airbyte, Fivetran, custom Python jobs for ingestion, DBT for transformation, Snowflake for storage and compute, Metabase for dashboarding, and Python and Lambda functions for reverse ETL.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in a data practitioner role, with a track record of designing and implementing impactful data solutions.
A "T-shaped" generalist mindset is preferred, with eagerness to own solutions end-to-end across the data value chain.
Strong software engineering skills are required, with high-quality code writing and adherence to best practices; expertise in Python is valued but not mandatory.
Strong written communication skills are essential for articulating project goals and keeping team members informed.
Candidates should prioritize impact by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and focus on delivering measurable value.
Pragmatism and a balance between short-term progress and long-term quality are important, along with a drive for simplicity in solutions.
A passion for reshaping education through innovative data solutions and AI-powered tools is desired.
