Multiplica Talent is seeking a Data Governance Engineer to ensure the implementation, automation, and maintenance of processes, tools, and controls associated with Data Governance within the organization.
The role is crucial for operationalizing data regulations, ensuring quality, traceability, privacy, and compliance, and facilitating integration between business and technology areas.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with data governance regulations throughout the data lifecycle.
The engineer will manage the automation of data governance with processes related to quality, security, data privacy, metadata management, master data, data usage, and data exchange.
The position involves implementing and maintaining tools such as Data Catalog, Data Lineage, Data Quality, and Dictionaries.
The engineer will manage Data Contracts and Metadata.
The role requires orchestrating the proper security and privacy of data.
The engineer will define and coordinate guidelines for data integration processes such as ingestion, transformation, and modeling.
Collaboration with Business and Technology teams is essential.

Requirements:

A university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields is required.
Proficiency in SQL is necessary.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Data Governance or Business Intelligence related to Data Governance is required.
Knowledge of Metadata and Data Catalog, Data Lifecycle, and Data Domains is essential.
