Remote Data & Operations intern

Description:

• This is a full-time paid 6 months' internship opportunity as part of the Early Careers Program in Spain.
• Interns will develop the knowledge and tools needed to succeed, with mentorship provided by experienced professionals.
• Opportunities to network with major players in the industry are available.
• The Data & Operations intern will assist with data, information, and collateral used by the Sourcing Team and their stakeholders.
• Responsibilities include maintaining key data and reporting metrics and contributing to projects aimed at improving the speed and efficiency of the sourcing engine.
• Main duties include collating data from various sources regularly, uploading to various destinations, and maintaining data clarity.
• The intern will support data dashboards used by the sourcing team, ensuring data accuracy and clarity in visuals.
• The intern will maintain key documents for operational activities and performance measurement.
• Responsibilities also include uploading key data to ensure ongoing data accuracy in dependent areas.
• The intern will help with administrative tasks for project tracking and work on internal projects, liaising with other key stakeholder groups.
• The intern will support sourcing social media campaigns and monitor social media data to analyze impact.

Requirements:

• Previous experience using PowerBi is ideal.
• Candidates should have data-centric and analytics experience.
• Comfort and confidence in communicating with people across cultures, job functions, and seniority levels is required.
• Candidates must demonstrate time management skills through their college work to date.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, is necessary.
• Candidates should be proactive in driving assigned tasks and long-term initiatives to completion.
• Excellent multi-tasking abilities are required.
• Candidates must be motivated self-starters.
