Description:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to gather relevant data on talent acquisition trends, candidate profiles, and competitor landscape.
• Assist in data entry, management, and cleaning to ensure data integrity in our databases.
• Support the operations team in analyzing data for insights that improve recruitment processes and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with various teams to help develop operational strategies based on gathered insights.
• Create visual reports and presentations to communicate research findings and operational metrics.
• Document processes and maintain accurate records of research methodologies and results.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
