Description:

Join Hypersonix, an AI-driven platform focused on enhancing eCommerce and retail profitability.
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and key insights.
Design, code, and maintain parts of the product while driving customer adoption.
Work with both structured and unstructured data, performing extensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering.
Develop and validate statistical models and machine learning algorithms to address real-world business challenges.
Implement and maintain data pipelines to ensure scalability and performance.
Utilize Python and relevant open-source libraries for data processing, visualization, and predictive modeling.
Run and fine-tune open-source Large Language Models (LLMs) for NLP tasks, which is preferred but not mandatory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data-driven decision-making and product development.

Requirements:

Candidates must be currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science.
Strong programming skills in Python, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn, along with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Experience with text data processing, including NLP, regex, and tokenization, is a plus.
Prior exposure to open-source LLMs, such as Llama or Mistral, is also a plus.
Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
Strong scripting and test automation abilities are required.
Candidates must be available for a work-from-home internship, able to start immediately, and commit to a duration of 6 months.
Relevant skills and interests in data science are necessary.
