FURTHER is a leading AI-powered customer acquisition platform for senior care and healthcare organizations.
The Data Scientist role involves transforming data into actionable insights to enhance systems and solutions.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product design and engineering teams, developing robust conversational agents, improving natural language understanding, implementing context-aware conversations, and staying updated with industry advancements.
The position also entails collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data, exploring and visualizing data patterns, training and deploying customized LLMs, monitoring model performance, and presenting results through clear visuals and reports.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Engineer.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL and Pandas.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an ML engineer.
Strong understanding of AI agents, natural language processing, and machine learning concepts.
Experience with LLMs, LangChain, LLM observability, and prompt engineering best practices.
Familiarity with data structures for ML and AI programs, including RAG and vector databases.
Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
