We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our growing data science team within the fast-paced Product division.
This role combines data science, analysis, and engineering to deploy and optimize machine learning models that directly impact business performance.
Key responsibilities include conducting SQL-based analysis using Snowflake, maintaining and optimizing machine learning models, analyzing unstructured logs, developing and automating ETL pipelines in Airflow, collaborating with engineering teams, creating visualizations and reports, and staying current with data science trends.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Python, including data science and engineering libraries such as pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and flask.
Strong SQL skills with a proven ability to write complex queries; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
Understanding of decision tree models (e.g., XGBoost, LightGBM) and experience in applied machine learning.
Experience in maintaining ML models in production and optimizing APIs.
A solid understanding of software engineering principles, including code optimization, version control, and CI/CD.
Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Airflow and Kubernetes for pipeline automation, domain knowledge in health insurance, lead scoring, or online lead funnels, and knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability, along with excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and presenting findings.
Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
