Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative modeling, preferably in risk or fraud contexts.
An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics is required.
Strong working knowledge of programming languages and tools such as Python, R, Spark, SQL, or equivalent is necessary.
Candidates should possess sharp critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
Proven ability to communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and clients is essential.

The position offers generous compensation in both cash and equity, with a base pay range of 150,000 - 170,000 USD or 166,000 - 210,000 CAD.
