The Data Science team works within the Product organization to build data-driven products that improve hiring by focusing on human potential and connecting talent to opportunity.
The team manages everything AI-related, including chatbots and assessing language used in video interviews, and is entering a new phase of innovation with candidate matching and GenAI-based tools.
Responsibilities include developing new algorithms and models, extracting and analyzing client datasets, formulating success metrics, designing and analyzing experiments, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Advanced/fluent English skills are mandatory, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years of Data Science work experience is required.
A degree in a quantitative discipline (MS or PhD preferred) such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering is necessary.
Experience with standard Machine Learning algorithms, including model evaluation and hyperparameter tuning, is essential.
Familiarity with algorithmic fairness and recommender systems is preferred.
Proficiency with novel NLP techniques, particularly embedding models, is required.
Candidates must be able to program in a scripting language such as Python and have familiarity with machine learning Python libraries like numpy, scikit, and pandas.
The ability to collaborate with the clients' Industrial-Organizational Psychology team for novel research is necessary.
Candidates must be able to translate business objectives into actionable analyses and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
