The role of Data Scientist involves turning vast arrays of data into meaningful insights for teams and athletes.
Responsibilities include developing analytics concepts, contributing to data science in elite sports, improving the Intelligence Platform, building data pipelines, creating performance dashboards, and presenting insights to clients.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 3–5 years of industry experience in a data science role, preferably in R&D within a software company.
Strong programming skills in Python are essential, with a focus on clean and organized code.
Experience in building models and developing data pipelines to solve real-world problems is required.
A solid understanding of machine learning and statistical theory, with practical experience in various techniques, is necessary.
Familiarity with deploying models in production environments is expected.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Sports Science, or a related field is required.
