As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in the development and deployment of machine learning models, collaborating closely with engineering, platform engineering, and product teams.
You will design, implement, and deploy machine learning models to drive insights and automate business processes.
Your responsibilities will include feature engineering, leading hypothesis-driven analysis and A/B testing, and communicating findings through compelling visualizations.
You will oversee end-to-end model deployment using MLOps best practices and work with Platform Engineering to maintain automated data pipelines.
Additionally, you will set up monitoring for model drift and performance, optimize cloud infrastructure, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
The role emphasizes continuous improvement and collaboration with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into the product.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
You must have 3+ years of experience in data science and machine learning, preferably in a SaaS environment.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch are essential.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with data querying and transformation is required.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker) is necessary.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and automated testing is expected.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment are crucial.
Strong communication skills are needed to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A willingness to improve processes and build better solutions is important.
Experience with SaaS and large-scale distributed systems, as well as a track record of building and maintaining scalable products, would be considered assets.
