Description:
Further is a leading AI-powered customer acquisition platform for senior care and healthcare organizations.
They are seeking a creative and curious LLM engineer to join their team.
The role involves developing and improving robust conversational agents to enhance user experience.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product design and engineering teams, developing conversational agents, implementing context-aware conversations, and staying updated with industry developments.
The position also involves collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data, exploring and visualizing data, training and deploying customized LLMs, and presenting results through clear visuals and concise reports.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Engineer.
Business level English verbal and writing skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of two years experience as an ML engineer.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL and Pandas.
Familiarity with Data Warehousing.
Strong understanding of AI agents, natural language processing, and machine learning concepts.
Experience using LLMs and LLM-enabled programs, LangChain or other AI agent frameworks, LLM observability, and prompt engineering best practices.
Familiarity with data structures for ML and AI programs, including RAG and vector databases.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
