  • The Data Scientist role involves tackling complex challenges in cyber risk analytics, reporting directly to the Head of Data, and building models using Python and SQL.

Requirements:

  • A BS/MS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
  • Candidates must have experience in building and deploying models in a production environment, with a preference for Python.
  • Exposure to linear regression, random forest, neural networks, and other machine learning techniques is necessary.
  • Current experience using SQL is required.
  • Experience working with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, and statsmodels is essential.
  • The ability to work quickly while writing clean, efficient, and reusable code is important.
  • Candidates should have the ability to learn new technologies and evaluate multiple technologies to solve problems.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are required.
  • Industry experience in Cyber Security or Cyber Risk Quantification is a nice-to-have.
