The Data Scientist role is remote and reports to the Chief Learning Officer (CLO).
The compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year.

Key activities include designing data pipelines, creating dashboards, performing exploratory data analysis, and developing machine learning models.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field.
A strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and machine learning algorithms is required.
Proficiency in Python or R, with experience in libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch is necessary.
Experience with cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure is essential, particularly in deploying machine learning models.
Substantial experience in SQL and working with large datasets, including data wrangling, cleaning, and transformation is required.
Familiarity with data engineering tools and concepts is important, along with an understanding of data models and pipelines.
Excellent communication skills are needed to present complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience with best practices for tools like Jupyter Notebooks, Git, and version control is necessary.
Proven ability to take projects from conceptualization to deployment is required, along with problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
