Description:
The purpose of the Data Scientist position is to leverage data across the company to enhance commercial decisions and provide excellent campaign management.
Responsibilities include using advanced statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze complex datasets and extract actionable insights.
The role involves developing, testing, and deploying predictive models while ensuring scalability and optimal performance.
Collaboration with Data Engineers is essential to maintain data quality and consistency.
Key tasks include analyzing datasets, developing and optimizing models, cleaning and structuring data, creating reusable data pipelines, documenting processes, and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or Data Engineering, focusing on Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning is preferred.
A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, AI/ML Engineer, or Data Engineer, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and libraries, including Databricks MLOps, Microsoft Azure ML Studio, Amazon SageMaker, MLlib, MLOps, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Matplotlib, and Spark.
Excellent understanding of AWS or Azure data engineering pipelines, particularly AWS Glue, AWS Lambda, Azure Data Factory, and Python (NumPy, Pandas).
Solid knowledge of database and dimensional modeling technologies is required.
Familiarity with Scrum and Agile practices is necessary.
Proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
