The Data Scientist role involves transforming data into actionable insights to enhance systems and solutions.
The position requires collaboration with product design and engineering teams to understand business and data needs.
Responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying robust conversational agents, improving natural language understanding (NLU), and implementing context-aware conversations.
The role also involves collecting, cleaning, and preprocessing data, exploring and visualizing data, training and deploying customized LLMs, and monitoring model performance.
Effective communication of findings to stakeholders and staying current with industry developments is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist or Engineer.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field is required.
A minimum of two years of experience as an ML engineer is necessary.
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis tools like SQL and Pandas is required.
Familiarity with Data Warehousing and experience in developing, evaluating, deploying, and maintaining ML models is essential.
A strong understanding of AI agents, natural language processing, and machine learning concepts is needed.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience using LLMs and LLM-enabled programs.
Experience with LangChain or other AI agent frameworks and LLM observability is required.
Familiarity with prompt engineering best practices and data structures for ML and AI programs is necessary.
Experience with building systems and infrastructure is preferred.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and excellent communication skills are essential.
