Remote Data Scientist

Description:

• The Data Scientist position at Neon involves the development of credit models for credit cards and personal loans.
• Responsibilities include data manipulation and cleaning, documentation and validation of models, and participation in technical discussions within the credit modeling team.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have experience in developing credit models.
• Experience with classification/regression models in tabular data, preferably in financial institutions, is required.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and statistical modeling is necessary.
• Advanced knowledge of Python for Data Science, including libraries such as Pandas and Sklearn, is essential.
• Advanced SQL skills are required.
• Candidates should have experience in developing models that impact business from conception to deployment.
