Requirements:
Candidates must have 2+ years of analytical experience in a healthcare analytics company or population health organization where health outcomes were critical.
Proficiency in current modeling approaches and standard scientific methods for intervention-based analysis, trend identification, and data analytics is required.
Strong experience with data mining and analysis methods, utilizing various analytic tools, building models, creating algorithms, and running simulations is essential.
Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, PySpark, Scala, and/or Spark SQL is necessary.
A strong interest and understanding of EMR data, Claims, and SDOH data is expected.
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Kibana is preferred.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, public health, biostatistics, economics, or a related field is required.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
The total benefits package includes health insurance, a 401k plan, and a bonus.
