Requirements:

• Candidates must have 2+ years of analytical experience in a healthcare analytics company or population health organization where health outcomes were critical.
• Proficiency in current modeling approaches and standard scientific methods for intervention-based analysis, trend identification, and data analytics is required.
• Strong experience with data mining and analysis methods, utilizing various analytic tools, building models, creating algorithms, and running simulations is essential.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, PySpark, Scala, and/or Spark SQL is necessary.
• A strong interest and understanding of EMR data, Claims, and SDOH data is expected.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Kibana is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in STEM, public health, biostatistics, economics, or a related field is required.

Benefits:

• The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually.
