Description:
- The AI/ML Data Scientist (L3) position at Twilio is part of the Efficiency Engineering team in Services Operations.
- The role involves developing intelligent, self-service solutions for Customer Support and Operations teams.
- Responsibilities include developing and deploying machine learning models, collaborating with various teams, utilizing a technical stack including Python, SQL, AWS, and libraries like Pandas and NumPy.
- The position requires applying knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) to develop innovative GenAI solutions.
- The job is remote and based in Colombia.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (typically 4+ years) in AI/ML, with a focus on LLMs and supervised ML models.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, and experience with ML frameworks such as SciKit-Learn and XGBoost.
- Strong understanding of data processing, SQL, and big data technologies like Spark and Hadoop.
- Ability to develop, train, and deploy ML models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS Sagemaker and containerization tools like Docker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
