Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as an Analyst or Data Scientist.
• Proficiency in applying statistical concepts such as A/B Testing, Hypothesis testing, and other statistical tests is required.
• Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Amplitude, Mode, and Excel is necessary.
• Strong Decision Science skills are essential, including the ability to provide input on business decisions and assist leadership.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
• Candidates should be skilled in using predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, revenue generation, and profit growth.
• The ability to understand business problems and translate them into analytics problems is crucial.
• A degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, economics, applied math, operations research, engineering, finance, or business intelligence is a plus.
