We are looking for a Data Scientist to build data pipelines from the ground up alongside a talented team of data engineers and developers.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the Data Science team and make a lasting impact on our product and business.

You will create, develop, and refine machine learning models to improve business effectiveness.
You will work with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to deliver innovative features and improvements.
You will apply your knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and machine learning techniques to optimize model performance and efficiency.
You will implement MLOps best practices to streamline the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of machine learning models in production.
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to machine learning models and pipelines.
You will stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in machine learning and AI.

Requirements:

You must have 2+ years of experience in machine learning and deep learning on tabular data and recommendation systems.
You should have 2+ years of software development experience in Python, with a focus on machine learning.
Proven experience in designing a data science roadmap and leading technical execution is required.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or QWAK is necessary.
You should have hands-on experience deploying API models in development and production environments.
Practical knowledge of A/B testing processes is essential.
A strong understanding of mathematics, including linear algebra and statistics, is required.
Extensive SQL expertise is necessary.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are required.
You should demonstrate responsibility and a willingness to perform tasks independently.
Experience in the social networking niche would be a plus.
A focus on tabular data and recommendation systems is preferred over experience solely in computer vision or text processing.
