Your responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
You will develop and implement machine learning models, including both supervised and unsupervised techniques.
Fine-tuning and adapting pre-trained models, such as Large Language Models (LLMs), for specific use cases and client projects will be part of your role.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and domain experts, will be essential to develop data-driven solutions.
You will build predictive models and algorithms that address complex business challenges.
Communicating results and insights effectively to stakeholders through data visualizations and reports is a key responsibility.
Staying current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a focus on the practical application of pre-trained models and cutting-edge technologies, is expected.
You will also develop and maintain internal IP around advanced analytics, model development, and AI-driven tools.

A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field is required; a Ph.D. is a plus.
You must have 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) is necessary.
Hands-on experience with pre-trained models such as Large Language Models (LLMs) or other deep learning frameworks is required.
A strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques is essential.
Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is needed.
Excellent communication skills are required, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
Experience with client-facing projects or in a consulting environment is a plus.
Benefits:
You will receive a competitive total rewards package with excellent take-home salaries, a shifted work time bonus (if applicable), and an annual bonus plan.
An annual training allowance is provided to hone your skills or learn new ones, along with 2 paid professional development days, and opportunities to attend conferences or become certified.
