The Data Scientist will partner with Customer Success leaders to scale the delivery and interpretation of results from the science platform.
The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to customers, focusing on driving value and confidence in results.
Collaboration with Customer Success, Science, Engineering, and Product teams is essential to develop solutions for robust and reliable results.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with deep data analysis and communicating actionable insights to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities include identifying gaps in modeling and results delivery, mentoring junior analytical leads, and establishing best practices for results robustness and process efficiency.

Requirements:

A degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Data Scientist or Analyst role is necessary.
Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to synthesize complex technical concepts concisely.
Proven experience in presenting to customers and cross-functional stakeholders is required.
Experience in coding and troubleshooting statistical models is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and SQL is required.
Experience with marketing measurement, particularly regional testing, is preferred.
