Remote Data Scientist / Data Engineer

• As a Data Scientist / Data Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the AI pipeline.
• Your work will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining AI pipelines, with a focus on RAG models and LLM fine-tuning.
• You will develop and optimize data pipelines for efficient data processing.
• Fine-tuning LLMs to align with specific business use cases will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will implement evaluation frameworks to measure model performance.
• Building systems for LLM observability and continuous improvement will also be required.

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of experience in Data Science or Data Engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python or TypeScript are required.
• You should have expertise in machine learning, particularly with LLMs and RAG.
• Experience with data pipelines, model fine-tuning, and evaluation is necessary.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, is expected.
