The Data Scientist at Resilinc plays a crucial role in developing AI-powered SaaS products.
The position requires the candidate to conduct literature reviews, select and adapt suitable methods and algorithms for specific problems, and innovate as necessary, which includes research, design, development, and algorithm testing.
The role involves being a hands-on contributor to the development of AI-powered SaaS products.
The Data Scientist will contribute to projects and help drive them to completion thoroughly and efficiently, within a timely manner.
Collaboration with stakeholders across the company is essential.
The candidate will articulate and present analytical findings and progress to cross-functional teams within Resilinc.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Research, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related discipline is required.
The candidate must have 1+ years of paid industry experience contributing to the development of SaaS products.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and development methodologies is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in the development of complex algorithms is required.
A comprehensive understanding of various Machine Learning techniques, including Linear & Non-linear models, Tree-based algorithms, Neural Networks, Classification, Clustering, Regression, Feature Engineering, Feature Selection, PCA, SVD, and k-NN is essential.
