Description:

This role will partner closely with product, engineering, and business teams to drive decision-making through rigorous analysis, scalable pipelines, and impactful insights.
You’ll be instrumental in shaping how we define success, measure performance, and uncover opportunities across key parts of our product and business.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines to ensure reliable, timely access to core product and business data.
You will define and develop core metrics to measure product performance, feature adoption, user engagement, and strategic initiatives.
The role involves designing and analyzing experiments (A/B tests) to evaluate new features, product changes, and pricing strategies.
You will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights using dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.
Collaboration is key, as you will work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, designers, and executives to drive impact through data.
You will proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities hidden in user behavior and market dynamics.

Requirements:

A strong command of SQL and Python, or similar data-focused languages is required.
Proven experience with data modeling, pipeline design, and working with large-scale datasets is essential.
A solid understanding of experimental design, causal inference, and statistical analysis is necessary.
The ability to visualize and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders is a must.
Prior experience in a product analytics, business intelligence, or data science function is required.

The estimated base salary range for new hires in this role is between $75,000 USD to $175,000 USD, plus benefits.
