Figma is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Go-to-Market teams to help accelerate growth.
The role involves building models to optimize business efforts and uncovering insights to guide new strategies.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining datasets, KPIs, and reporting tools for the Go-to-Market organization.
The candidate will craft and maintain data infrastructure by translating business requirements into data models for reporting and dashboards.
The role requires performing impact analysis and modeling for various business initiatives and projects.
The Data Scientist will evaluate and size the projected impact of new business strategies in relation to broader company goals.
Collaboration with cross-functional partners is essential to integrate data-driven insights into Go-to-Market strategies and decision-making processes.
This is a full-time position that can be performed remotely in the United States or from one of Figma's US hubs.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 5+ years of relevant work experience supporting a Go-to-Market function.
Fluency in SQL is required.
Proficiency in Python, R, or a similar scripting language is necessary.
Experience with distributed data processing systems such as Hive, Redshift, Presto, or Snowflake is essential.
Prior experience in applying statistical methods to experiment design is required.
A proven track record of excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills on both short and long-term projects is necessary.
Experience in communicating and working across functions to proactively drive solutions is essential.

The annual base salary range for this role in the San Francisco or New York hub is between $164,000 and $338,000 USD.
