As a Data Scientist - Predictive Maintenance at TRACTIAN, you will work at the intersection of advanced data science and industrial operations.
Your mission is to develop cutting-edge algorithms and predictive models to monitor and predict equipment failures before they occur, optimizing asset reliability and reducing downtime.
You will face complex challenges involving large-scale time-series data, real-time data processing, and machine learning applications.
You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure our predictive maintenance solutions remain industry-leading.
Your primary responsibility will be to delve deep into complex datasets, using your advanced analytical skills to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and provide data-driven solutions.
Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our product offerings and improving business strategies through rigorous data analysis and model development.
Responsibilities include developing predictive maintenance algorithms using machine learning techniques for time-series data, analyzing sensor data streams to identify patterns that predict equipment failure, collaborating with engineers to improve data pipelines and enhance model accuracy, building scalable, real-time models for low-latency predictions, creating diagnostic tools for technicians to make data-driven maintenance decisions, and continuously refining models based on real-world performance and feedback.
Requirements:
You must have experience in predictive maintenance and condition monitoring.
Expertise in machine learning, time-series analysis, and anomaly detection is required.
Proficiency in Python is necessary.
Knowledge of signal processing and industrial sensor data is essential.
Experience with real-time data pipelines and cloud platforms is needed.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle noisy, high-dimensional data are required.
