Description:

Kodex is seeking a results-driven and experienced Data Scientist - Product Analytics lead to join their growing team.
The role involves driving data-informed product and operational decisions in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Key responsibilities include developing scalable analytical frameworks and models for core product analytics, partnering with product managers and engineers, conducting deep-dive analyses, designing and maintaining dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating findings effectively.
The position requires identifying opportunities for new metrics, tools, or data models to enhance safety outcomes and user engagement.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Math, or Bioinformatics is required.
Strong proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of Python for data manipulation and analysis are necessary.
Experience in designing and interpreting experiments, such as A/B testing, and applying statistical methods to real-world business problems is essential.
Proven ability to extract, synthesize, and communicate actionable insights from complex datasets is required.
Hands-on experience with data visualization and dashboarding tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mixpanel is needed.
Strong collaboration and communication skills are necessary, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a passion for improving product performance, operational processes, and user safety through data is essential.
