Description:
Titan Cloud is seeking a Data Scientist to join their Data Science team, focusing on building, testing, and deploying machine learning models.
The role involves conducting data analysis and contributing to the development of algorithms that support fuel optimization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data science and Python development, with the ability to work on complex datasets and turn raw data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining data pipelines for real-time data processing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting statistical analyses, and utilizing Python for scalable code.
The Data Scientist will work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders to align data-driven insights with business objectives and implement data validation processes.
The role also involves creating visualization tools and dashboards to communicate insights to internal teams and customers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in Data Science, Python development, or related fields.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Python for developing machine learning models, algorithms, and data processing pipelines is essential.
A strong understanding of statistical analysis and experience with SQL for database management is necessary.
Experience with machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, is required.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS (S3, EC2, Lambda) and deploying machine learning models on cloud infrastructure is important.
A strong mathematical foundation in Multivariable Calculus and Linear Algebra is needed.
Candidates should have experience with data cleansing and ingestion processes for large-scale datasets.
Familiarity with version control (Git) and Agile methodologies for software development is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences are required.
