Description:

Analyze large datasets to extract relevant insights.
Develop predictive models aligned with the needs of product teams.
Research and propose new modeling methodologies compatible with the project.
Continuously engage with interface areas to keep all stakeholders informed and updated.
Propose studies and impact indicators related to business health and associated success.
Monitor the lifecycle of models, including deployment, monitoring, and governance.
Promote data science by sharing and expanding knowledge and working on the organization's data culture.

Requirements:

Previous experience with Machine Learning or Statistical Modeling is required.
Ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams is essential.
Experience with Python is mandatory.
A degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related areas is preferred.
Experience in Data Science applied to Payment Methods (Cards, Pix, Checks) is desirable.
Experience with Databricks is a plus.
Experience with Natural Language Processing is a differentiator.
Experience with Computer Vision is a differentiator.
Experience with MLOps is a differentiator.
